East Carolina Weight Loss LLC is looking for an Assistant Health Coach to work with our Health & Wellness Coach and clients for our expanding medical weight loss clinic. We can assist in training! Experience preferred, but not necessary.

Assistant Health Coach Job Description:

The primary purpose of the Assistant Health Coach is to help people achieve their personal wellness goals by providing support, inspiration, and accountability. Also help clients develop a plan to achieve their goals, and help clients stay on track with their progress. The Health Coach will help with client weigh in's and measurements and serve as a backup to sales & consults. also help clients develop a plan to achieve their goals, and help clients stay on track with their progress.

Qualifications:

• You must be jovial and like to interact one-on-one with people
• Excellent interpersonal skills on phone and in person—must be jovial
• Teachable--An ability to learn and follow protocols and work independently
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask
• Excellent rapport building skills and empathy with clients
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Must be computer literate with quick and accurate typing skills
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Light lifting, bending, climbing is required to stock shelves

Requirements:

• Must be able to work Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm.
• Must be able to work in our Myrtle Beach, SC office.
• Must be able to drive to our Myrtle Beach, SC office for field visits.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to provide references.
• Assistant Health Coach Job Type: Part-time (30 hours per week. Availability is flexible. We are looking for a Assistant Health Coach who can work 3-4 days per week from 8 am to 4 pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Weight, measure, and record progress in the computer
• Providing support, motivation, and accountability for clients' wellness goals.
• Helping clients develop a plan for achieving their goals.
• Providing support, motivation, and accountability for clients' wellness goals.
• Helping clients achieve their goals by helping them identify and follow through on their healthy habits.
• Conduct point-of-sale transactions
• Stock shelves and manage inventory
• Perform various other administrative duties

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• patient education: 2 years (Preferred)
• Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Greenville, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
