Salary is commensurate with experience, and you can expect to earn 88% of all lesson fees, estimating around $7,500 to $10,000 annually. Additionally, our Club Membership shows appreciation for our hard-working employees by giving a Christmas bonus based on tenure. We also offer the following benefits and perks:

YOUR DAY
As an Assistant Golf Instructor, you play an essential role in leading, directing, and managing all aspects of our premier private golf facility. You collaborate closely with other golf professionals to supervise and oversee the entirety of our golf operations, ensuring that our service consistently meets the high expectations of our Members. Alongside this, you lend a hand to the Golf Shop Merchandiser by assisting with concession duties, maintaining Golf Shop controls, and contributing to hard goods purchasing decisions. Additionally, you play a key role as a starter on the first tee, marshal the golf course, and have the privilege of enjoying rounds of golf with Members. Through your dedication to promoting and teaching the game of golf, utilizing V1 teaching software, and coordinating summer sports camps and junior programs, you greatly enhance the overall golf experience at our club.
