Assistant General Manager Of Football Recruiting & Personnel

Under general supervision of the General Manager of Football Recruiting& Personnel, the Assistant General Manager of Football Recruiting& Personnel will serve in the role of managing the entire Football Recruiting operation, while also overseeing projected roster numbers and roster management. This includes managing the Football Recruiting budget, advising the head coach and assistant coaches on all administrative areas involving recruiting and overseeing all administrative recruiting duties.

Required/Preferred
Minimum of five to seven years of recruiting experience as a college coach, scout, or recruiting coordinator.
Required
Ability to exercise sound judgment and to handle sensitive and confidential information/material with discretion.

Ability to interact diplomatically with individuals of various social, economic, cultural, and educational backgrounds.
Required
Superior public relations skills, including outstanding interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships and correspondence with staff, faculty, media, recruits, visiting coaches, donors, parents and Conference and NCAA officials.

Ability to plan and prioritize assignments and work independently to complete assignments despite various deadlines, competing requirements and changing priorities.

Ability to organize and maintain a calendar system.
