Job Description
- TheAssistant General Manager (AGM) oversees all aspects of the store alongside theGeneral Manager.
- TheAGM participates in the hiring of employees, directs and oversees on-the-jobtraining, ensures all work shifts are properly staffed, and that all employeesare trained in their duties and supervised.
- TheAGM also interacts with Voicebox guests and must have excellent guest relationsand communication skills. The AGM exemplifies Voicebox's values of omotenashi,do the right thing, and groove.
- TheAGM is responsible for maintaining appropriate food, beverage and labor costsas well as product and supply level inventories for the store.
- TheAGM will adhere to standard operating procedures and ensure all areas arecompliant with the regulatory requirements and public health standards for foodhandling, sanitation, hygiene and alcohol service.
- TheAGM will contribute to seeing that the store is maintained, and that allinfrastructure is in top working order. The AGM is expected to attend allhigher-level management meetings.

8. Actsas Manager-On-Duty as appropriate
