Jeff has been involved in the hotel industry since 1997, working in various roles from the front desk to his current position as General Manager. He completed his degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Michigan State University. Having spent nearly 7 years at Drury, he is dedicated to helping team members achieve their best, fostering an environment of growth and empowerment. Jeff is recognized for his skill in solving complex issues, emphasizing thorough training, and his passion for employee mentorship. Every day he strives to help his team members to become better leaders in their career endeavors and in life.
In Jeffs spare time he enjoys golfing and working on special projects around the house. Jeff is a sports fanatic and likes to follow his beloved Michigan State Spartans and all of the Detroit teams.

Qualifications To Be Considered:

• Open to considering candidates with management experience in any of the following industry segments: Hotel, broader hospitality, food/beverage, big box retail, hospital, military, long-term care.
• Selfless passion to serve others and exceed guests expectations.
• Bachelors degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Bilingual preferred, not required.
• Requires ability to walk and stand during entire working period or up to 5 or 6 hours. Requires ability to lift 10 - 15 pounds intermittently during the work shift.
