We are a local, family-owned Jiffy Lube franchisee committed to serving the Pee Dee and Upstate regions of South Carolina since 2002. We operate 5 locations in the Pee Dee (Florence and Lake City) and 8 locations in the Upstate (Greenville, Anderson, Clemson, Mauldin, Greer, and Moore). We are a two-time Franchisee of the Year award winner within the Jiffy Lube nationwide network. Bronco Lube LLC is seeking to hire Assistant General Managers to help us continue providing the best experience for our customers for automotive maintenance and repair since Jiffy Lube's founding in 1979.
Type of Work Performed:
- Assist the General Manager with the daily operation of the service center to include opening or closing the facility one or more days each week.
- Provide coaching to personnel.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Assist with ensuring all personnel are properly trained per JTSS guidelines; provide leadership in developing skill levels.
- Other duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications

- Strong team builder with the ability to work well with others.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with customer sales.
- Must have good time management and organizational skills. (Multi-tasking is a must in our business.)
- Will need to be able to work a Windows 10 computer system.
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors, spending up to 10 hours per day standing/moving around the facility.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License
