Duties Include:
- Manage rental calendars and ensure high guest satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns
- Attend meetings related to revenue management, budgeting, and marketing
- Maintain availability on-call 4+ nights a week and handle reservations and group inquiries
- Lead Front Desk and Housekeeping teams, including hiring and training staff
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold guest service standards
Location: Lodge at Lionshead - Vail, Colorado
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Schedule: Flexibility needed, weekends and holidays required
Pay rate: $75,000
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of progressive experience in hotel/lodging environment
- Excellent customer service acumen
