Perform as a professional educator and role model to enable individual students to develop as student-athletes and to work together as a successful, competitive intercollegiate team. - Strength and Conditioning
Direct the coordination of strength and conditioning programs for football student-athletes. - Equipment Room
Provide staffing assistance in the equipment room. - Supervision
Recruit, supervise, train and evaluation student staff. Assist in overseeing the use of weight room by football student-athletes. - Recruitment
Lead the recruitment of student-athletes who demonstrate the potential to be successful academically and by contributing to the football program.
Bachelor's Degree and must have minimum of two (2) years’ coaching experience; at the college level is preferred.
