Assistant Floral Designer

Our organization is currently seeking an Assistant Floral Designer with a background in modern floral design, strong team focus and customer service skills. The Assistant Floral Designer will be responsible for receiving and processing flowers and hard goods daily. Additionally, the Responsible for conducting daily installation and delivery of arrangements. The ideal candidate will have professional design experience (i.e. worked in a flower shop or studio), working knowledge of floral varieties, strong communication skills and a demonstrated history of customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with designing flower arrangements for weekly corporate, event, and retail clients.
• Deliver and install floral arrangements to clients on a weekly basis.
• Process, receive and maintain flowers received daily.
• Maintain fresh flower inventory including rotating inventory.
• work with the team to achieve customer satisfaction with the finished product.
• Use proper tools and techniques to create floral arrangements.
• assist with ensuring the studio is cleaned and maintained when finished work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
