The Accounts Payable/Receivable position responsibilities are as followed:
- Receiving invoices/payments
- Managing multiple company bank accounts
- Closely work with Accounts Payable/Receivable in both tracking and payment of company expenses on a weekly basis
- General management of invoices and Purchase Orders
- Communicate daily with banks
- Manage weekly payments to subcontractors
- reconciling and paying company credit cards
Preferred Experience Requested:
- Accounting/Finance degree
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Quickbooks Online and Desktop Experience
- Self Motivated
- Positive attitude
- General construction knowledge
This job is full time, Monday - Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.
Pay is determined by experience.
