As our Assistant Director of Facility Services at Trinity Terrace, you’ll be responsible for all emergency preparedness, planning and response for our community. You'll be responsible for all emergency management/preparedness for our community and liaison with internal and external groups to create a safe environment and prepared residents/employees. Under the direction of the Facility Services Director, you will develop and lead emergency management committees, maintain documentation, ensure regulatory requirements are followed, coordinate and conduct drills, and coordinate/train with our first responder groups.

Additional knowledge as the result of a college degree or certificate in emergency management coordination is always a plus!
Schedule: typically Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
Wages: $70,000 - $80,000 / yr Depending on Experience.
What you'll do:
- Review and analyze existing emergency preparedness and evacuation plans; make recommendations for modifications to improve safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of plans.
- Identify various potential hazards and risks that may arise in the event of an emergency; develop plans to mitigate or manage those risks.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate safety and evacuation meetings and drills as required.
- Develop, distribute, and maintain emergency communication protocols and documentation.
- Ensure that relevant policies and procedures are current and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Educate employees and supervisors on emergency preparedness plans and communication
