• Must have the ability to handle multiple projects with a high degree of Accuracy
• Effective time management and Independent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
• Effective time management skills
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
• HEDIS experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Individual is responsible for requesting and tracking receipt of a large volume of medical records from provider offices; receiving records via electronic fax or email, and preparing records for transfer to designated system folders and/or project software.
- Individual will communicate with providers and other staff regarding confidential information.
- Other project related duties as determined by management may be assigned to manage HEDIS project.
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is required.
