Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: Up to $3,000 per month
This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
Positions at Fresno State are to perform their work onsite. Some positions, depending upon University needs and operations, may be eligible for remote work, one day per week, pursuant to Fresno State's remote work guidelines and the CSU policy.

Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Assistant Athletic Director for Football and Director of Player Personnel, the Assistant Director of Player Personnel will assist in all aspects of recruiting and evaluating potential student-athletes.
Key Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of office procedures, methods and practices
- Knowledge of office machines and computer software, including Microsoft Office, electronic mail, electronic business forms and the internet
- Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation and spelling, and the ability to draft accurate, professional business correspondence
- Demonstrated competence in understanding, interpreting and communicating procedures, policies, information, ideas and instructions
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to:
- Work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Work independently under general instruction and limited supervision on a variety of routine and complex assignments
- Work effectively with individuals of various ethnic, racial and socio-economic groups

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution
- Minimum two years experience working in a collegiate football office
