What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure the highest standards of resident care.
- Assist in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Work closely with physicians to coordinate and optimize resident care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold best practices.
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives to enhance the overall quality of healthcare delivery.

- Current and valid RN license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years of Nursing experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is preferred. Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Leadership skills to guide nursing staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
- Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license.
