Job Description Summary
- The Assistant Director of Nursing in conjunction with the Director of Nursing overall management of Secure Care Home Health’s clinical programs related to the coordination of all professional and paraprofessional services provided to patients in accordance with its policies and procedures. This position as needed will serve as a traditional RN function for the agency, provisioning skilled nursing services to patients in the home care setting. This position is a back-up or alternate role in the event the Director of Nursing is unavailable or unable to perform their duties.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent, preferred o ASN certified acceptable with appropriate experience.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Home Health preferred
- Current Licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Florida
- Current State of Florida driver’s license with driving record acceptable to Alivia Care insurance car rier, and reliable transportation
- Current Auto Insurance coverage
- Current CPR certification
- Level II AHCA (Agency for Healthcare Administration) Background Screening
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
