Location: Lenbrook Square Foundation, Atlanta, GA

Job Responsibilities: As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in our community, working closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Conducting assessments, monitoring resident health status, and coordinating with healthcare providers as needed.
- Serving as a resource for wound care management, leveraging your expertise in wound care certification to enhance resident outcomes.
- Supporting staff development through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Participating in interdisciplinary meetings and fostering collaboration among various departments to promote holistic resident care.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a long-term healthcare facility, with a proven track record of clinical leadership.
- Wound care certification (CWCA, WCC, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8A-4P
Salary Range: $107k - $130k
