ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
SALARY: $58,958-$64,853
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in related field and five to seven years’ experience related to job tasks.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS: Position is responsible for managing various Sun Tran contractors, managing disposal of hazardous waste, materials and equipment, reviews and maintains Safety Data Sheets, ensures compliance with wastewater discharge and air quality permits. Works with City Facilities and Maintenance for repair and preventative maintenance for Sun Tran and Sun Van properties and building equipment. Oversees staff performing preventative maintenance and custodial services and other duties as assigned.
