To be successful in this position, you will bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly the ability to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences.
  • Proficiency using computer applications, including those used for video conferencing, document production, and information management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently stand/walk, sit, perform desk-based computer tasks, and use a telephone.
  • Must be able to conduct real-time voice-video seminars and spend 15-20 hours per week in front of a computer screen.

The expected pay range for this position is $55,000 - $101,000 per year. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.

In addition, preferred requirements include: 

  • Advanced analysis and problem solving skills
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Relevant computer systems/technology experience
  • Understanding of financial transactions
  • Ability to ensure and apply compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations
