We're seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Director to help lead our early childhood education campus into a future where every child can thrive. Location: Community Preschools at Sunset (709 Allendale Rd. Pasadena, Tx. 77502)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee non-instructional operations: attendance, enrollment, facilities, IT, health services, parent engagement.
- Foster positive relationships with families and maintain a culture aligned with our mission.
- Provide support to the school director, stepping in for teachers as necessary.
- Manage office and classroom inventories, ensuring resources are available for staff and students.
- Lead by example, striving for 100% enrollment and a 95% attendance rate.
Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or a High School diploma with relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Playground or similar data management systems.
- Budget management skills.
- Substitute teaching capabilities.
- At least 12 hours in early childhood development
- 6 hours in management
- Must have at least 3 years of experience
- Must pass FBI background check
Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to handle complex projects.
- Experience in creating operational systems for various campus needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
