What you will do:

 As the Assistant Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, developing and directing overall operations of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures; and as may be directed by Dietary Services Director, to ensure that quality food service and nutritional care is provided at all times.

Must haves:

·        1-3 years’ experience in a dietary capacity in an acute or long-term care environment required; supervisory experience preferred

• Knowledgeable of dietary procedures as well as related laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to hospital and long term care
• Valid and current license/certification as required by state law.
• Completion of state approved “Serve Safe” program.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

CALIFORNIA PAY TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT

Compensation for roles at Windsor Elk Grove Care and Rehabilitation Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state or local law, Windsor Elk Grove Care and Rehabilitation Center provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Windsor Elk Grove Care and Rehabilitation Center reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below:

·        Pay Range: Up to $28.00 per hour - Depends on Experience
