About the location:

The Director of Catering will oversee all catering and conference groups booked by the Sales and Catering Department and is responsible for communicating the needs and expectations of the client with all departments.

The Director of Catering will also be responsible for the Catering & Conference Services Teamby developing and assigning groups where appropriate.
