This pivotal role focuses on leading, managing, and elevating our Customer Service operations to new heights of excellence. As a key figure in our team, you will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a culture of exceptional Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Customer Service professionals, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals, assessing team performance regularly.
• Manage escalated customer issues, guaranteeing swift and satisfactory resolutions.
• Develop and refine Customer Service protocols to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall customer experience.
• Analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
