Role Summary:High Stakes Inc. is on the lookout for a proactive and seasoned Assistant Customer Service Manager to enhance our Customer Service team. This pivotal role focuses on leading, managing, and elevating our Customer Service operations to new heights of excellence. As a key figure in our team, you will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a culture of exceptional Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Service professionals, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals, assessing team performance regularly.
  • Manage escalated customer issues, guaranteeing swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Develop and refine Customer Service protocols to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions to sharpen team skills and product knowledge.
  • Generate and present detailed performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service leadership role, ideally within consulting or professional services.
