Mission:

The Assistant Controller plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, managing month-end close processes, and supporting financial reporting. Collaborating closely with the Controller, this role aims to strengthen financial controls, streamline processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insightful analysis and reporting. The Assistant Controller will actively engage with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence and uphold compliance standards in a dynamic and rapidly growing SaaS environment. Additionally, the role involves a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying financial issues and implementing effective and efficient solutions to ensure the company's financial health and operational efficiency.
 

What you’ll be doing:

• Financial Reporting
• Month-end close
• Audit Preparedness & Compliance
• Process Improvement Initiatives
• Cross Functional Collaboration with the Business Intelligence Team and other key stakeholders

What makes you the hero for this job:

• Must have a CPA license
• Experience with Public Accounting
• High emotional intelligence and empathy
• You must be a self starter and want a lot of ownership
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience from a Big 4 accounting firm
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• SaaS industry experience
• Netsuite experience
