Berkshire Hathaway Automotive is looking for an Assistant Construction Project Manager to help with our Ground-up and Remodel Construction Projects. Support corporate goals by interfacing with other internal and external departments to provide assistance relating to Construction and Facilities.
This position is a Full-Time, in-person role at our offices in Irving, TX. This is not a Remote position.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of facilities to include: roof, electrical, mechanical Plumbing, Paving, Signage, landscaping, remodels, pest control, security and janitorial
- Procure and coordinate installs of furniture, fixtures and equipment
- Solicit bids from contractors/subcontractors for the supply of labor and materials required to perform the work outlined in the bid documents
- Monitor project to insure progress is consistent with all budgets
- Provide regular documentation (reports, photographs, budgets, etc.) as may be required to exhibit progress
- Monitor work in progress and scope changes to ensure standards and needs are met
- Resolve differences in a timely manner so as not to impede project progress
- Provide close-out documents as required
- Process Invoices for payment
- Provide assistance to department manager on various projects and initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very organized, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects on time sensitive schedules a must
- Must be able to simplify complex situations and react accordingly
- Ability to convey a professional and positive image
- Must be responsive and resourceful
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
