Your Impact:
- Support Excellence: Aid Community Managers in securing project bids, managing ongoing projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction with billing, repair, and external home improvement inquiries.
- Community Engagement: Prepare essential materials for regional and senior Community Managers. Support board meetings and represent our values and professionalism in community gatherings as required.
- Financial Stewardship: Provide internal support in the budgeting process for each community, ensuring ongoing financial health and future planning.
- Document Management: Efficiently manage, organize, and upload important documents, contributing to the smooth operation the team and community affairs.
- Communication: Assist in processing communities mailers in a timely fashion.
