We are a property management company that specializes in manufactured housing communities. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Community Manager for one of our properties in Eastvale.
**The listed compensation is the combined hourly wage and employer provided on-site housing value- (employee is responsible for utilities).
Responsibilities include assisting the Community Manager in all daily operations of the manufactured housing community. These tasks may include collecting, posting and depositing rent; reconciling month-end rent roll, completing and compiling monthly management reports, and working with management and leadership to achieve goals and objectives for the asset. The assistant manager will also assist the Community Manager in problem solving, positive interaction and customer service with residents and prospective residents, preparing and processing resident and prospective resident documents, and conducting outdoor inspections to achieve resident compliance with the rules and regulations.

· The ability to manage multiple tasks.
· The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
· Must be detail oriented and consistently work with accuracy.
· Must have strong leadership skills and be a problem solver.
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Requirement:
· Must have a valid CA driver's license and a current registered vehicle with auto insurance.
· Be able to work in an office setting as well as outdoors managing property operations and conducting resident inspections.
· Must be able to live in employer provided housing on-site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.80 - $25.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
