We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 355-unit Class A apartment community in Sandy Springs, Georgia! Our ideal candidate will be able to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- At least two years of experience as an assistant manager at an apartment community.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work one Saturday or Sunday per month with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Friday; Saturday & Sunday as needed during rent week.
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sun 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.

Salary: $23.00 per hour
