Assistant Clinical Supervisor Level II-III- Spanish Bilingual Required
Full Time- Flexibility with start time
Targeting the hours of 3:00pm-8:00pm
Hourly $25.00-$36.00- Depending on Experience and Level
As a Level II-III Assistant Clinical Supervisor with 360 Behavioral Health , you work under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – as a middle tier supervisor – to provide support to those who are impacted by autism and other conditions that interfere with daily living. You gain hands-on exposure to functional behavior assessments, functional analysis, development and implementation of treatment plans, and data recording methodologies. You oversee a team of Behavior Interventionists, so you also build your supervisory skills along the way.
Under the supervision of our qualified BCBAs, the hours you work can count toward the 1500+ hours of supervised experience you need to become a BCBA. 360 Behavioral Health has more than 100 BCBAs eager to mentor teammates who are studying to become a BCBA, and our Level I Program Coordinator position provides an exceptional opportunity for educational and professional growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Candidates must have a BA/BS degree in Child Development, Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Studies, or Special Education.
- Candidate must be enrolled in an MA/MS program in ABA or Special Education
- Candidates must have a MA/MS Program in ABA or Special Education.
- Candidates with at least 1 clinical experience working as a Senior Behavior Interventionist or similar role implementing treatment plans and receiving direction from a BCBA strongly preferred.
- Candidates with QASP-S Certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
