Job Summary:
Are you passionate about sports, food, and creating unforgettable experiences for guests? Stake Out Bar and Grill, a vibrant local sports bar located in the heart of Las Vegas, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Assistant Manager. As the Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. From overseeing day-to-day operations to providing exceptional customer service, you'll be at the forefront of delivering excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Duties:
✅ Assisting the General Manager in managing staff, scheduling, and training to ensure exceptional service standards.
-Maintaining inventory and overseeing stock levels to meet demand.
-Upholding cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of the bar and grill.
-Resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
-Collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for events or catering orders
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or bar management is required
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and mixology
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.25 - $15.00 per hour
