Overview:

• Work closely with the Back of House Director to oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety
• Lead and motivate a team of talented kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs
• Assist in training and development of team members
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and excellent customer service
