Asset Protection Associate

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner
- Detain and apprehend individuals involved in criminal activities, following proper protocols
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations and provide necessary support
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and investigations
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Implement and enforce company policies related to loss prevention
- Assist in training employees on security procedures and protocols

Skills:
- Law enforcement background or experience is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and ability to effectively utilize surveillance equipment
- Possession of relevant certifications in loss prevention or security is a plus
- Proficient in report writing to accurately document incidents and investigations
- Ability to conduct criminal investigations and gather evidence when necessary
