This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA.
Foot Locker's Asset Management group is looking to fill an Asset Management Specialist non-exempt position. The Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing fixed asset expense payables for our business in Europe. This position will work closely with business owners throughout the company to ensure invoices conform with established policies and are processed timely and accurately.
Responsibilities: - Review all incoming invoices for appropriate approvals
- Process all approved invoices timely and accurate
- Research problem invoices or payments to resolution
- Assist in scanning and validation of invoices through Kofax imaging solution
- Execute any special handling of expedited payments
- Communicate with business owners on invoice processing questions/issues
- Maintain high performance and increase departmental efficiencies through constructive suggestions to management
- Monitor compliance to Corporate Capitalization Policy, ensuring timely and accurate input of capital invoices to meet monthly deadlines
- Ensure integrity of data input into the Asset Management system, including the use of proper asset life policies
- Complete monthly account reconciliations for asset accounts timely and accurately
- Prepare and process journal entries as needed
- High school graduate or 5+ years related experience
- PeopleSoft A/P experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Access, etc.) a plus
- Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment

Benefits: The annual base salary range is $19 - $21/ hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
