What You Will Do:

• Aid in the development and implementation of Asset Management projects for government and commercial clients.
• Apply Asset Management strategies to minimize total cost of ownership, manage risk, increase reliability, and meet performance standards throughout organizations.
• Communicate Asset Management framework, goals, and objectives for multi-disciplinary projects across divisions, including to key team members and clients.

• Prepare work deliverables such as technical analyses, Asset Management plans, and report/memo/proposal writing.
• Provide Asset Management assistance as directed by senior staff.
• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support for various Asset Management software systems.

This position will report to the Director of Asset Management Planning under the Technology Division. While this position is focused on planning and implementation, you will collaborate with technology staff on implementing innovative forward-thinking solutions for WSB’s clients.

What You Will Bring:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, GIS, Planning, Geography, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of Asset Management principles and best practices.
• Experience with Asset Management data, software systems, and tools including functional requirements gathering.
• Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• A history in delivering projects with positive customer service experiences, a positive attitude, as well as a willingness to learn.
• Desire to work on multiple projects with a variety of clients and aid in the innovation and growth of the Asset Management planning team.
