Backed by 20 years of experience, Soccer Stars offers a unique, age-specific curriculum that is crafted to improve soccer skills, build self-confidence, and develop socialization skills. Soccer Stars offers the most popular children’s soccer program for kids ages 1 & up.

If you genuinely love being around children and feel confident in your ability to teach games and skills in a fun and energetic manner, then this could be the job for you! You will be free to bring your personality to class in a structured environment by facilitating activities in a sports recreational setting with children as young as 1 to 12+ years old. You will be given the tools to access pre-written lesson plans and videos for you to follow so you can focus on what is most important- the joy of developing children’s social skills and teaching children the fundamentals, all while having fun.

Pay ranges from $18-$28 per class/hour based on experience and role(assistant vs. lead)

We are looking for both lead and assistant coaches. Lead will be the main instructor of their assigned classes. Lead instructors will most commonly have at least one assistant coach with them.

Various shifts available, the following general time frames are our current needs and can be discussed further during the interview process:

• Monday-Wednesday 8:30am-1:00pm(actual time of classes will vary)
• Monday-Wednesday 8:30am-5:00pm(actual time of classes will vary)
• Monday-Wednesday 8:30am-7:30pm(actual time of classes will vary)
• Monday-Wednesday 2:30pm-7:30pm(actual time of classes will vary)
• Monday-Wednesday 4:30pm-7:30pm(actual time of classes will vary)
• Additional availability on the weekends (not required)

Coaches need to:

• Posses patience and attentiveness.
• Be willing to learn.
• Be able to travel easily within the central/southern Aurora area. (SE metro)
• Be active and high energy.
• Be hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking desired(not required)
• Ability to transport equipment as needed(lead coaches)

Responsibilities:

• Be the front line of Super Soccer Stars in each class - Interact with parents, teachers, directors, and children on a daily basis.
• Conduct/assist classes in an organized, structured, and FUN manner.
• Show up on time and prepare for each class (physically and mentally).
