Delivers on operational metrics such as fair market value realization, asset sales, end of term income, inventory aging, fees, cycle time etc. Manages relationships with third party warehouses and remarketers through maintaining existing relationships and developing new relationships. Develops opportunities and strategies for fee income generation and asset redeployment. Provides metrics, analysis, and reports to measure team performance. Identifies and leads process improvements associated with the remarketing/repossession function. Ensures that the remarketing process is compliant with all legal and corporate compliance guidelines.

• Advises internal stakeholders on the completion of processes or activities within established procedures.
• Contacts clients directly to negotiate sale of equipment and maximize price.
• Provides input and analysis into the continuous improvement of business processes and procedures within the scope of the work team.
• Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
• Resolves discrepancies/exceptions that frequently deal with non-routine situations, requiring further analysis.
• Participates in planning, testing and implementation of projects relating to new/ revised/ products, services or processes.
• Review transactions and requests for compliance with regulatory and Bank requirements, as required.
• Monitors production logs and schedules to ensure key controls are followed and exceptions are actively pursued; escalate to the manager as appropriate.
• Provides information for regulatory reporting and audit queries.
• Resolves discrepancies/exceptions that frequently deals with routine situations.
• May perform calculations, account reconciliations and quotations.
• Maintains documentation of assets, codes and image documents accurately.
• Manages expense reports, tracking system and invoicing process.
• Investigates, resolves and make recommendations on issues.
• Provides input in continuous improvement of business processes and procedures within scope.
• Participates in the planning, testing and implementation of projects and new/revised products/services or processes.
• Executes routine tasks such as service requests, transactions, queries etc. within relevant service level agreements.
• Coordinates and executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
• Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
• Supports the development of tailored messaging, which may include writing, editing and distributing communications.
• Focus may be on a business/group.
• Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
• Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
• Works mostly independently.
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
$52,800.00 - $75,600.00
The base salary represents BMO Financial Group's hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
Base salary is one component of BMO Financial Group's total compensation package for employees, which may include performance-based incentives, commissions or discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
