The Position:

• Analyze property financials, including income statements, cash flow projections, and operating expenses.
• Perform financial modeling and forecasting to assess investment opportunities and potential risks.
• Evaluate market trends, property valuations, and investment performance.
• Assist in developing and implementing Asset Management strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
• Monitor and assess the performance of existing real estate investments against established benchmarks.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement, expansion, or divestment based on market analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and analyses for senior management or stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence for potential real estate acquisitions or dispositions.
• Assist in the underwriting process, including market research, property inspections, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and investment teams to facilitate property transactions.
• Identify and assess risks associated with real estate investments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, lease agreements and investment guidelines.
• Develop strategies to mitigate risks and optimize asset performance.
• Foster relationships with property managers, brokers, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute Asset Management plans effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA) in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree/MBA preferred.
• 2-3 years of Real Estate, Asset Management, Finance, and/or Economics experience.
• Excel and Power BI experience.
• Knowledge of real estate valuation methods, market analysis, and investment principles preferred.
