About this opportunity

Our Laredo team is currently seeking an Asset Coordinator! This position involves interacting with B1 Drivers, maintaining constant communication with drivers’ managers and the shop department.

Pay and Schedule

• This position is Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Pay: $17.00-$18.00

How will you contribute to the success of the team?

• A & B Service report/KPI -2 calls per week with all Driver Managers where status and action plans are discussed.
• Create Binders for new units, make sure all MX and US permit and license books are created and added to new units.
• Daily OOS (Out of Service) and yard Inventory report/KPI.
• Daily slip seating assigning on AS400.
• Daily 0 Mile call, 1v1 call with Driver Managers to maximize truck utilization, action plans are set on all dwelling trucks.
• Emails are sent to Division leaders daily requesting action plans for trucks dwelling in Terminal.
• Manage Share Point account, entering Truck MX Permits and License are kept in a shared point folder for quick access.
• New Hire Assignment and Orientation, provide expectations are set to drivers about proper care of units assigned.
• Partner up with maintenance department to provide visibility of OOS Trucks with proper estimate time of repairs.
• Plan timely rescue of Units at dealers as well as plan movement to dealers.
• Storing drivers’ personal belongings at storage and Tracking - Any personal belonging left behind in company owned trucks will be stored for no more than 90 days (about 3 months).

What makes you a strong candidate for this position?

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge using AS400 (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $37,440.00 per year
