Asset-Backed Finance Associate

A Global Law Firm' Asset-Backed Finance Group is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of experience to join our team in Washington, D.C. Candidates must have experience dealing with asset-backed finance transactions or asset based lending and will have participated in advising borrowers, lenders, issuers, underwriters, placement agents and/or collateral managers in all aspects of structured finance offerings.
Our Asset-Backed Finance group represents clients ranging from highly sophisticated financial institutions to first-time issuers and startups, and the group has played keys roles in implementing many well-established securitization platforms in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing practice.
