Assembly Tech - Tulsa, OK
Day Shift
Monday-Friday 7 am - 3:45 pm
$18-$19/hour DOE
Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic component assembly, integration, and repair relating to Company-manufactured mobile towers, masts and trailers, as well as shelters, control cabinets, and generators completely by working on bench tops or floor by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints.
Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts.
Operates hand drills, drill presses, hand grinders, band saw, air tools and cranes to assist in assembly operation.
Installs parts to assure free movement.
Responsible for assembling electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and/or pneumatic component systems into finished product.
Ability to troubleshoot issues with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Conducts final acceptance tests of the complete product
Perform quality checks on products and parts.
Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS IN ANY OF FOLLOWING PREFERRED
Electrical and wiring experience
Mechanical systems experience
Pneumatic systems experience
Hydraulic systems experience
