To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:
- Manage real-time operation, which facilitate resources (human and automated) to achieve safety, customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence, economic and environmental company goals.
- Team with multi-disciplinary Plant staff to establish and meet key metrics in Safety, Quality, Material, etc., while meeting production schedules.
- Direct activities for stamping and welding areas to obtain optimum safety, efficiency and achieve maximum profits for the Plant.
- Review and analyze production, quality controls, maintenance, tooling, and operational reports to determine cause of nonconformity, collaborate with teams to resolve challenge/s and develop corrective action plans.
- Direct reports include Assembly Supervisors/Superintendent.
This full-time, salary role is a part of our team and reports to the Plant Manager.
Required experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or 5-7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership in an automotive environment; metal stamping and weld assembly a plus.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Plant departmental functions/roles and collaborate with them to achieve production goals.
- Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal and written skills.
- Proficiency MS Office and other business systems.
