Responsibilities of a Assembler includes:

Main Responsibilities:

• Disassemble lawn mower parts, including smaller components such as nuts and bolts.
• Wear the applicable PPE (steel-toe shoes), adhere to all warehouse safety rules, quality standards, procedures, and employee expectations.
• Properly remove the lawn mower and packaging from the box without damaging product.
• Follow instructions on identifying the bolt that needs to be replaced, safely removing the bolt from the lawn mower and then replacing with the correct bolt.
• Use a variety of hand tools to remove and replace nuts and bolts.
• Visually check mower components for damage and set aside for further instruction.
• After completing rework process, repack lawn mower in the box with the applicable packaging materials.
• Complete daily housekeeping tasks (ex: clean as you go and end of day routine) to ensure a clean and safe work area.
• Perform additional work-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in a manufacturing setting working as an operator, assembler, or disassembler (preferred).
• Must be able to read and follow work instructions to disassemble products correctly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
