Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assemble hydraulic power units.
- Operate hand and power tools, testing fixtures, and measuring devices.
- Visually verify product complies to customer and company specifications.
- Functionally test power unit.
- Responsible for organization of tools and workstation cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting in the development of assembly or test instructions, painting product, packaging product, confirming inventory, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude.
- Ability to read drawings, prints, schematics, diagrams, bills of materials, customer specifications.
- Metal fabrication, welding (MIG and TIG), hydraulic pipe-fitting or hydraulic tube bending all a plus.
- Understanding how fluid power works is beneficial.
