Job Description
Assembler 3 will inspect electronic assemblies for proper workmanship as defined in assembly procedures
In this role, you are responsible for:
- Performing all levels of electronic assembly and testing
- Demonstrating good hand dexterity while working on small parts
- Navigating on test screens using the mouse as prompted in the assembly procedures and test screens
You're the right fit if you have a customer-first attitude and the following:
- 4+ months working in a manufacturing environment
- High attention to details
- Team orientation: demonstrating cooperation and support
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Lean Manufacturing experience a plus
- Ability to stand and/or sit for 10+ hours a day
- Ability to lift 20 lbs

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $18.47 to $23.74, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
