Adecco is assisting local client recruiting for Assembly jobs in Everett, WA. These Assembly jobs are long term temporary to permanent!
Description:
As a Product Assembler/Operator in the Fluke Microcircuits Organization (FMO) Team you will become responsible for performing several specialized assembly related tasks involved with manufacturing wire wound resistors and hybrid electronic assemblies
Job Overview:
FMO Product Assembler/Operators perform manual, and machine assisted assembly procedures to build and verify several types of sub-assemblies and components that are used primarily by internal customers who in turn assemble and sell sophisticated high quality precision test tools to various industries.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare, process, wind, clean, assemble, calibrate, test, solder and inspect various types of small assemblies.
Work from prints, drawings, method sheets, diagrams, or other specifications in accordance with established assembly procedures.
Set-up and operate production equipment to support production goals.
Collect, analyze, and report data from production processes, apply basic mathematical and statistical knowledge to collected data in order to monitor productivity and quality measures.
Participate in Fortive Business System processes and activities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be able to read, speak and understand English to understand oral and written information, safety direction and other instructions
  • Communication, verbal and written, text and drawings, to perform tasks and clearly laisse with engineering and management as equipment / production problems arise
  • Able to match-up colors.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency
  • Attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity / detail work/inspection
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently, once trained
  • Committed to producing high quality components
  • Confidently use a windows-based PC - Web browser, email, basic word and excel operations.
  • Able to work closely with others toward a common goal
  • Able to multi-task without becoming overwhelmed. (Running multiple operations / pieces of equipment in the cell)
  • Willing to work overtime as needed

Working Conditions:
  • Processes requires soldering electronic components.
  • Cotton jackets are required and provided in the soldering process.
  • Position may require occasional lifting (Safety glasses are required. If prescription glasses are worn, Fluke will provide safety glasses that fit over the candidates own glasses.
  • Repetitive use of upper extremities, especially fine hand movements
Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years’ work experience during which the following traits were evident:
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Manual dexterity

What’s in it for you:
  • Pay rate is $18-$22/hr (DOE), plus overtime as needed
  • Monday-Thursday: 5:00am-3:30m
  • Weekly Pay - you receive a paycheck every week

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
