Responsibilities: - Pave roads, driveways, and parking lots using asphalt - Operate backhoes, bulldozers, loaders, and graders to prepare surfaces for paving - Perform utility locating to ensure underground lines are not damaged during construction - Operate dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites - Assist in building and maintaining asphalt structures - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Requirements: - Experience in heavy equipment operation, including backhoes, bulldozers, loaders, and graders - Proficient in utility locating techniques - Knowledge of dump truck operation - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints - Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
