At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we're in. We're growing our team here in Dallas, TX.
Compensation: $20.50
Shift: Thursday- Friday 12AM- 8AM
Saturday-Sunday 8PM- 8AM
About the job:

• Ability to write reports, assisting with any investigations and communicate effectively to the Operations Manager.
• Perform day/night site visits to inspect and supervise Security Officers in field.
• Address escalation during after hours and "cold calls" to ensure sufficient coverage at sites.
• Work with operations managers to coach, counsel, discipline, train and manage relationships and culture with Security Officers.
• Ability to work closely with the Operations Manager on a day to day basis.
• Ability to travel and visit assigned post locations on a regular basis to conduct post inspections and ensure professional image is maintained.
• Ability to cover any " call offs" during shift times.
• Report any issues to operations Manager and or Human Resources Coordinator.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a license and meet any additional requirements to carry a firearm as a security officer in your state.
• You have a state security license if required.
