Position Summary

Arrow Security is looking for candidates interested in an Armed Field Manager position within the 5 boroughs of New York City. The Field Manager for each shift will be responsible for overseeing the Field Supervision Team, Field Supervision Vehicles and work with our Command Center to delegate responses to situations when needed. The Field Manager will be responsible to visit all Armed Locations within the confines of New York City and inspect the Armed staff on site. Additionally, they may be required to hold post when a situation arises

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing a company owned vehicle, inspect sites where Arrow provides security services.
  • Inspect security officers.
  • Fill out an inspection report in app-based reporting system.
  • Interact with the clients' representatives.
• Have working knowledge of each site.
• Hold post at Armed sites to bridge the gap when there is a lapse in coverage.
• Manage field supervisory team and fleet

Requirements:

• Ten (10) years law enforcement experience.
• Pistol Permit for NYC or NYS with ability to carry in NYC.
• NYS Armed Guard License.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
