SalaryCardinal Point Homeland Security Group is seeking employees whose primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and protection of the students, teachers, and staff. This position is in an office environment. Shifts are Monday through Friday during regular school hours with summers off.
Location: Yardley, PA
Pay: $28/hour
Shifts:
- Mondays to Thursdays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Fridays 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Access Control.
- Monitor CCTV.
- Maintains orderly flow of foot traffic in the hallways.
- Monitors restrooms throughout the day.
- Reports maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Patrol school facilities and grounds to prevent access to restricted areas, theft or vandalism.
- First responder for emergencies.
- Identify and report suspicious activity.
- Incident management.
- Cultivate positive relationships with staff and students.
- Completion of Act 67 Certification prior to start.
- Must possess a valid PA ACT 235 Certification (PA Lethal Weapons Training Act).
- Must have a PA Concealed Carry Permit.
- Must possess your own firearm.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a PA Child Abuse History clearance and Federal Fingerprint clearance (IdentoGo).
- Consent to a drug screen.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
- No felony or misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude.
- Reliable means of communication (active cell phone with the ability to download apps & mobile email access).
- Retired military and/or law enforcement personnel will receive highest preference.
- Prior experience as a Sworn Municipal, State or Federal Police Officer, Military Police (MP), Military MA, Air Force Security Forces, or Federal, State or Municipal Corrections Officer.
- SSP Act 67 Certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
