Summary:
As a Supervisor - Armed Protection Officer with Off Duty Services, A Protos Company, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding hospitals and maintaining a secure environment. We are looking for individuals with law enforcement or military experience to bring their expertise to the team. Your primary responsibility will be to protect the hospitals we serve, ensure the safety of personnel, and prevent security breaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervisory: Oversee and manage assigned locations within specific territory. Schedule and ensure coverage of Armed Protection Officers for assigned locations. Oversee personnel performance management.
Hospital Security: Provide high level security services to hospitals, protecting patients, staff, and assets, including equipment and medical supplies.
Security and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols, monitor access points, and use CCTV systems to maintain a strong security presence.
Threat Assessment: Assess potential security threats and respond appropriately to minimize risks. Maintain vigilance and respond to incidents as necessary.
Access Control: Control access to secure areas, verify credentials, and enforce security protocols to maintain the safety of the premises.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents and security breaches. Administer first aid and coordinate with emergency services when required.
