SalaryJob Title: Area Supervisor – Permian Basin
Reporting to the Area Manager – Permian & Eagleford, the Area Supervisor agrees to provide the Company with services, as directed by the Company and pursuant to time frames and deliverables as instructed by the Company, which may include services associated with the following:
Job Responsibilities:
- Operations - Conduct field visits to IWS areas of operations frequently to:
o Perform field technician tasks such as but not limited to rig up, rig down, daily checks etc.
o Ensure the highest quality of service is maintained to the IWS standards
o Work with Area Manager / Area Supervisor Lead to ensure appropriate equipment is in Basin for operations
o Ensure all IWS policies and procedures are being followed in the field
o Assist with training new Field Techs
o Ensuring compliance with asset management
o Obtain feedback from IWS personnel to help identify issues and promote a collaborative culture
o Cultivate and maintain relationships with Service Providers
o Ensure all job checklists are completed in a timely and accurate manner
o Willingness to travel out of basin for training and operations’ purposes
- Help establish basins for successful growth by:
o Providing oversight and support to Area Manager/ Area Supervisor Lead / Field Techs
o Developing a growth plan to follow as regions scale in activity
o Help maintain appropriate compensation plans for field personnel
o Establishing strategic alliances with key service providers
o Optimize field technicians for optimal customer support and safety
o Employ strong business acumen
o Responsibly manage costs while ensuring high levels of customer service
o Enhance cost recovery
o Relentlessly pursue company profitability
- Project manage the transaction from Business Development to Operations for new client onboarding
o Work with Area Manager and Area Supervisor Lead to create processes to optimize the onboarding process
o Provide guidance to Area Manager / Field Techs when faced with logistical issues
o Collaborate with IWS Sales & Mktg to ensure account transition and continuity
- Lead IWS Field Safety
o Assess and make recommendations for safety of IWS field personnel
o Approve sign off and implement safety protocols for field operations
o Participate in the IWS Safety Committee
o Collaborate on operational strategy to ensure efficient growth and structuring
o Ensure accurate and timely information flow information, from field to office and vice versa
o Ensure vehicles, tools, and PPE are maintained to IWS standards
